This factory was founded 1903 by Mr. Reinhard Rothe. Business concentrated on vases, jardinères, a small range of religious art, and various reproduction of classic figures. Never produced tableware and had around 150 employees in 1906.
A court case initiated by the KPM Berlin came to the conclusion that the only factory mark used by Rothe was created with intent to deceive and therefore illegal, leading to a huge fine which forced the factory to close in 1910.
