Offene Handelsgesellschaft

The term Offene Handelsgesellschaft, abbreviated OHG, is one of the three forms of limited partnership known in Germany and is a general form of partnership specialising in trade. All partners are fully liable for the partnership's debts. It is not a legal entity but can acquire rights and liabilities, acquire title to property and sue or be sued.
